Hi, I'm Breana White.

I help people buy, sell, invest, and relocate in Bend, Oregon.

Before real estate, I built businesses in the food and hospitality industry, working as a chef, owning a catering company, and launching a mobile bar business using three vintage Airstream trailers I personally renovated and designed. Those experiences taught me how to manage projects, solve problems, pay attention to detail, and, most importantly, work closely with people through major decisions.

Real estate felt like a natural next step.

As both a homeowner and a real estate investor, I've bought, remodeled, managed, and sold properties. I've also owned and operated short-term rentals for more than eight years, giving me firsthand experience with investment properties, vacation rentals, guest experience, property management, and what makes a home stand out in the market.

My clients range from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, but many are relocating to Central Oregon and seeking more than just a house. They're looking for a guide.

Bend has been home for several years now, and when I'm not working you'll usually find me exploring Central Oregon, traveling, tackling a house project, gardening, enjoying great food and wine, or spending time with my daughter and our two dogs.
